Privacy notice

The short version

The only personal data we collect is what an employer or recruiter types into the registration form. We do not collect anything from job seekers — there is no account, no CV upload and no application form on this site. There is no advertising or third-party tracking.

What we collect

If you submit the form on For employers & recruiters, we collect the details you provide: company name, your name, work email, optional phone number, company type, specialisms and any notes.

We do not collect CVs, application data or any personal data from workers. If you are looking for a job, you can use every page on this site without giving us anything.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange listings if you want them. The lawful basis is legitimate interests — you contacted us about working together, and replying is the obvious and expected use of that information.

We will not add you to a marketing list off the back of a registration without asking you separately and clearly.

Who processes it

This site is hosted on Netlify and form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, so Netlify processes your submission on our behalf. We do not pass your details to anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. If that changes we will update this notice and add a cookie banner before doing so, not after.

How long we keep it

We keep registrations for as long as the relationship is active and for up to twelve months after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Ask and we will do it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
